Heaters and heat
True Wave® Low EMF/ELF Far Infrared and Full Spectrum Heating Systems:

For Pro models:

  • 2 × 700W Full Spectrum heaters on the front wall

For Non-Pro models:

  • 2 × 500W Full Spectrum heaters on the front wall
  • Carbon/ceramic far infrared heaters on the back wall, side walls, under the bench, and in the floor
Placement and installation

When planning the placement of your sauna, please consider the following recommendations for minimum clearances. These will make a noticeable difference in installation, care, and maintenance.

  • Choose a location with a flat, level surface
  • Leave 5 cm clearance on the sides and back of your sauna

  • Leave 30 cm clearance above the roof of your sauna

  • Ensure the power outlet is always accessible for hard resets

  • Check your sauna's technical specifications for required amperage

As every location is different, we recommend contacting your sales consultant. They can assist you in selecting the optimal sauna model for your individual space. Depending on the location, an on-site inspection before installation may also be possible.

Warranty for Clearance Items

Clearance and Warehouse Sale items are subject to an adapted, limited warranty that deviates from our standard warranty conditions.


  • The scope of the warranty varies depending on the individual product and will be clearly stated at the time of sale.

  • The warranty is strictly limited to 5 years, and, where applicable, supersedes any regular lifetime or extended warranty.

  • The warranty exclusively covers the structural and functional components of the product.

  • Any cosmetic or functional defects disclosed before purchase (including, but not limited to, dents, scratches, discoloration, or minor flaws) are expressly excluded from the warranty.

  • No warranty claims, credits, refunds, or price reductions will be accepted for defects disclosed in advance or already accounted for in the product's condition.

  • Clearance products may include customer returns, end-of-line models, display items, or items with cosmetic defects.

Your statutory rights under the applicable European consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

As a result of an incident outside of my control all of the electrical wiring in my sauna was damaged. When assessed my an electrician I was initially told the sauna was a write off. Rightfully, insurance should have replaced the sauna or wiring, but they wouldn’t. I spoke to Sascha from the clearlight customer service team and the assistance I received was exceptional. Sascha was extremely proactive, going above and beyond the standard expected. Not only did Sascha find a solution for my problem but more impressively a solution that did not leave me out of pocket. At a time when customer service is generally pretty ordinary across the board. Sascha is setting the gold standard of what customer service should be. Experiences like this is what keeps customers coming back.

I have the Yoga Sanctuary Sauna for a few years now and it has been a incredible tool in my Health management...truly now I can’t see myself without it! Since day one from talking to Sebastian to Katya and in the last couple of years the very helpful Craig (..Clearlight should never let you go Craig!!)..has been some of the best customer service I have ever received in the world ! I also recently started exploring some of their other great quality products like the Halo and RLT .
